TDAs --- Not for Americans

All those TDA offers?  Well, the verdict is in.

I was right.  TDA's are only for federal employees and dependents and federal corporations.  American state nationals who have been misidentified as federal citizens are not eligible for this remedy, but they are eligible for another better remedy.

In 2012 the Bureau of Public Debt was merged into what is called the Bureau of the Fiscal Services, located primarily in Parkersburg, West Virginia.  It's jurisdiction is strictly limited to the federal government.

The Treasury Direct program is being administered under their Retail Securities Services subdivision, and all of this is being run under the auspices of the Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance.

Whenever you see the word "domestic" in federal publications, they are talking about "domestic with respect to the federal enclaves" --- not domestic with respect to the states and people.

This is their foreign program for their foreign citizens--- for JOHN MICHAEL DOE.

If you sign up like a good little sheep, you admit to being a federal franchisee -- and that means you can't possibly own any copyrights or land or children or any of the other assets owed to a natural man or woman.

In claiming one-- that is, by authorizing a "Treasury Direct Account" -- you deny the other far greater claim.

Here is the rest of the story--- as I have also been saying all along, you are owed discharge of all debts and payment of your assets--- simply by a different process.
What you, Joe Average American, need to claim back is your whole estate which the Federales have seized upon and held and invested to benefit themselves for several generations.

That "legacy trust"  is listed at  31 USC 1321, and the allowance for the beneficiary to reclaim it is listed at 31 USC 1322.

When you investigate this whole TDA thing, you go to 31 CFR 363 and start reading about different kinds of savings bonds and how to convert them from investment use to payable status and all the various ramifications of doing so.

Remember how I told you that whenever the government corporation pulls one of its shady deals, it has to provide remedy for its actions?   ---Like the "income tax" contains the provision allowing you to "revoke your election to pay"?

When you look for the remedy in this whole pile of worms, you find this in 31 CFR 363.126:


§ 363.126 Under what circumstances will payment be made?
We will make payment:
(a) Upon your request for redemption prior to maturity;  (This is what people are doing with the TDA accounts)
(b) When the bond reaches final maturity;  (This is what the government does when you die and never claim the bonds.) and
(c) If a person who becomes entitled to the bond is unable, unwilling or ineligible to open a TreasuryDirect ® account.

This last part--- 31 CFR 362.126 (c) ---is your remedy.

Not being a federal employee or dependent in fact, and being owed the entirety of your actual estate, you are ineligible to take part in the foreign TDA process, but you can instead invoke pay out to a bank account of your own choosing.

So why are they offering TDA accounts?  (1) To keep control; (2) to reduce their interest payment obligations (note that when you pull the plug and make the bond payable, it stops accruing interest); (3) to get you to "admit" and give them evidence that you are in fact a  voluntary federal employee or dependent -- a franchisee --- having no further claim to all the rest of the assets you are owed as an American state national.

This last part is the crucial one.

They desperately need to stem the tide of American claims coming at them. They need your land to pay their debts.  They need your house as an asset yielding them property taxes.  They need you to "voluntarily" agree to be their whipping boy--- and they are willing to release you from debts you never actually owed "in exchange" for your "admission" to being a slave.

That allows them to claim your whole ESTATE forever.

And gives you a bowl of porridge.

Forty Aces and a Mule -- Swissindo and Bondage in America

First, I want a "Red Alert" to everyone that Cindy Kay Currier has a bunko record as long as my arm and many different aliases.  One of my readers (a retired private investigator) got interested enough to delve into her background and boy, what an eye-opener that was!  She's an honest-to-goodness professional crook.

Buyer beware! 

Very unscrupulous parties are at work in America, trying to do to us what they did to the freed plantations slaves after the Civil War. 

They are trying to re-enslave us almost at the moment that we break free.

Look carefully at the UN-SWISSINDO paperwork.  What do you see?  Do the words "Human Obligation Bonds" jump out at you?  They should. 

A bond is a promise.  There are many, many kinds of bonds.  A "human obligation bond" means that you are agreeing that you are a "human" --- legally meaning: "monster, animal, color of a man" --- basically, that you are not a man or woman, but "something like"--- and that you are being obligated. 

In this case, if you sign up for the Swissindo "giveaway",  you are in fact being obligated to donate your estate -- name, copyrights, labor, land, estate in sum total--- for the benefit of UN--SWISSINDO in exchange for the pittance $1200 a month they agree to provide.

Not really "free money" is it?  Especially since they never inform you about what you are giving up "in exchange".   No, they don't come out and tell you that your estate is worth millions, if not billions, and that you are giving it to them for a bowl of porridge. 

The Dutch East India slave traders were the ancestors of the Swissindo bankers today.  They made their money on slavery then and they are still making their money off of slavery now, even though it has been outlawed since 1926.  How do they do that?  By getting your to sign paperwork you don't understand.

After the Civil War there was a similar program.  Freed plantation slaves were offered "forty acres of good land and a mule" which sounded pretty good to most of them.  So they signed up and they started farming their little plots and building small homes and barns and little communities.  All was well until the "obligation" part of the unseen bond kicked in.  The new landowners couldn't pay all the taxes they were obligated to pay.  The government came back in and took everything, but the bond didn't change.  

Most of the former slaves were re-enslaved within three years, only this time the new owner was The United States of America, Inc.

If you sign up tor the UN-SWISSINDO bonds, you  and everything that is rightfully yours will be owned by two foreign corporations, and you will be stuck with a "lifetime residual lease income" of $1200 a month on an estate that is worth anywhere from a few million to a few billion. 

Wake up, America. 

Start demanding your due--- your real due. 

Start complaining about these foreign corporations operating on your shores to bilk the unsuspecting public.  This is an international law enforcement issue.  The UN-SWISSINDO operation needs to be recognized for what it is, and it and all similar scams promoting slavery and undisclosed "donation" of assets need to be shut down as organized crime syndicates.

Warning About Swissindo and Any Similar Offers

 Commerce works by implied contracts.  If you "accept" these offers, you don't know what you are "granting" in exchange.  Oh, there's a lot of hype and feel good crappola, but nothing specific, is there?

So these vermin are left to define the "contract" you entered with them by accepting these payments from them.  Remember, all contracts have to be "equitable"---- so what are you giving up in "equitable exchange"?

Example --- you go to a restaurant and order dinner.  They bring the food.  Are you expected to pay for it?  Yes.  Will they call the cops and try to intercept you if you try to leave without paying?  Yes.  Did you enter into an "implied contract" with them by ordering the food?  Yes, you did.

Same thing here--- there is a hidden quid pro quo.  You are getting this money and that caps what you can ever ask or expect to get back-----and here's the kicker----- you don't know what these vermin owe you.

You might rush to get that six million, and then find out that because you did that, you were "presumed" to sign away your right to have six trillion.

Or, that you were "presumed" to "voluntarily donate" all the rest of what you were owed to "Swissindo"--- whatever to hell that really is, and whoever controls and owns it.

Wake up and grow up, because these kinds of "offers" are going to be very common and very attractive and a lot of people will be dumb enough to fall right in line and set themselves up for perdition.

How did we ever get in the situation most of us are in?

Our parents were tricked into signing undisclosed contracts disguised as government forms that appeared to be simple records about babies being born.

Wrong on two points. These undisclosed contracts were not being offered by our government. And they were not harmless records about babies being born.

They were vicious undisclosed commercial contracts.

We got you out of that trap, now you are being "offered" another undisclosed contract from "Swissindo". On the surface it appears to be "free money" --but instead, it is attached to "human obligation bonds".

These Swissindo creeps are here to  make you an open-ended implied offer.  They are offering you $1200 a month but they aren't telling you what you are giving up or promising in return.

When you take their offer, they take your bond and subject you and your property assets to their debts and rules and never bother to tell you how many billions you surrendered "voluntarily" or what slave status you "willingly" accepted in "equitable exchange".

You are dealing with vicious international charlatans --slavers-- of the same kind that foisted "birth certificates" off on your clueless mothers.


Act accordingly. And complain to every politician in view. Take it to the consumer protection agencies. Demand a Congressional investigation. Sue the bastards to make full public disclosure of exactly what "Swissindo" is and who owns it and what their interests are and how is it that they are on our soil soliciting improper undisclosed contracts from gullible desperate Americans?

Remember also how US President Donald Trump was calling Germany “very bad” and became the first US president in NATO’s history to not mention the article 5 mutual defense clause in the NATO treaty. So now we see Germany, Israel and Saudi Arabia all in the crosshairs together. What do these countries have in common? They are controlled by Khazarian mafia bloodline families, including the old Roman families who control the P2 Freemason lodge.

Remember also how at the last G20 meeting Pope Francis was, together with German Prime Minister Angela Merkel, leading the chorus for the Paris accords, while Trump opposed it. The Paris Accords are really an attempt by the bloodline families to appear as gentle sheeple herders in order to stay in power and create a world government controlled by them. So, opposition to the Paris accords by Trump is really gnostic illuminati opposition to continued bloodline rule. The gnostic illuminati claim they have fought against bloodline rule for thousands of years and take credit for the French, US and Russian revolutions. Their leaders say they are now pushing for a world revolution against bloodline rule.

Thus, what we are seeing reflected in recent news is a continuation of a civil war in the West with countries still controlled by Khazarian bloodline families (Saudi Arabia, Germany, Israel) being attacked by those no longer under their control (the US, Russia, Iran etc.). France is also being pulled out of its alliance with Germany which is why the Daesh supporting top French general Pierre de Villiers was fired, Pentagon sources say. Clearly the tide is turning against the bloodline controlled countries.

Inside the US, the neocon Khazarian servants had a huge loss as Trump was forced to renew a deal with Iran despite his previous posturing against that country. The purge of bloodline servants also continues with warmongering Senator and Daesh (ISIS) founder John McCain getting malignant brain cancer. He joins George Soros, David Rockefeller, Zbigniew Brzezinski, the Clintons and many others in the garbage can of history.

The bloodlines are fighting back against this ongoing purge with their “Russia did it” campaign. Thus, last week Susan Rice, former President Barack Obama’s security adviser, was giving secret testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee on “Russian interference” in the US election. “Russian interference,” is a Khazarian bloodline family code name for the gnostic Illuminati. Now their pet politicians in Congress (who are supported by less than 10% of the US population) are trying to place a new set of sanctions against Russia that are tantamount to a declaration of war. Of course the US military will ignore these bribed actors but what they really should be doing is rounding them up and putting them in jail. And jail is what they deserve.

Many in Dinarland are desperately attempting to understand and participate in the seemingly new and exciting Treasury Direct Account debt relief program (aka TDAs).

However, TDAs are neither new nor as exciting as they first appear.

Sure it's understandable and legal that people desire  to pay off their debts as desperation is obviously running wild in this community--this after so many years of waiting for first basket RV currencies to revalue publicly, ultimately to be made redeemable through private appointment.

But as with all currencies and historic bonds waiting to be reconciled, all are clearly in the same USN activation basket anticipating a global shot gun start.

It's therefore fair to conclude that all accounts worldwide are simply waiting for a common quantum computer release code, that we hope launches the new American gold backed currency.

This is why your sincere and valid requests for debt payment satisfaction via the TDA program are being reversed.  It's just not time yet to release the new digital money globally aka USN.

And why even electronic wires are not being processed.  As the shot gun start has not yet begun in earnest--at least not as of Monday morning.

Thus setting high expectations of immediate debt relief as well as new asset accumulation emotional suicide until said USNs are released.

Try thinking of each RV asset class as a different tiered level of opportunity that all wait on the same starters gun.

Debt relief programs (TDA) will be the instrument used to pay off accrued institutional debts for non-currency or historic bond holders -- but post RV.


Currency redemptions (IQD, VND, AFA, IDR, IRR) will the instrument used for generational wealth and hard / soft asset accumulation -- but post RV.

Historic Bond redemptions (ZIM) will the instrument used to provide the world with much needed infrastructure, job creation and humanitarian project funding -- but post RV.

Now all the above exciting monetary opportunities will eventually come to pass--and we pray in short order--just after the USN is officially globally released by the Republic Leadership & the Chinese Elders (through AIIB/HSBC) who will determine when the timing is just right--and not a minute before (pre-RV).

Also worth noting is that a temporary version of USN has long been used by this well researched community.

This currency version does not reveal itself in the form of rainbow colored printed bills by the Republic Treasury Department without any Federal Reserve Bank markings or identification.  Although the bills do slightly vary in color and design from existing USD bills.

Many internet gurus feel we're close to the USN release, but again, not there quite yet.
But in fairness to them, the Chinese Elders and Republic leadership -- this temporary physical version of USN is doing the job nicely in the meantime and has been since it was launched in the third fiscal quarter of 2013.

That's when a hybrid of your existing USD bills (seen below) and a similar but different version of new USN gold backed bills were order printed and released by the Chinese Elders--who had immediately assumed all global debt responsibilities of the permanently defaulted United States of America, Inc. in December 2012.

These same Chinese Elders are the ones responsible for safe guarding a vast supply of physical wealth also known as the global collateral accounts.

And they used these temporary USN bills to help America and all other nations reliant on the USD worldwide to begin a peaceful transition off fiat / physical USD currency and onto asset backed / digital USN currency.

So yes, temporary USN bills are currently in circulation now, and you are pro Scot very familiar how they look and feel already.







(Notes:* The temporary $100 USN bill came a little later than the $50, $20, $10, $5 bills. ** The $1 & $2 USN bills were always gold backed and thus did not replacing.)

So there's no reason to panic or get exacerbated about TDA reversals or what feels like delays to the process.

Know the TDA program was set up to help those without an ability to afford purchasing revaluing currencies or general indifference / ignorance to the GCR/RV.

These people will still be able to pay off their debts long term and gently receive GESARA benefits via their internet connection and social security number.

But they are not you because you are informed and thus intellectually invested.

But all above asset classes are in limbo, existing in a temporary state of abundant wealth mind pre-RV--which includes those considerably more valuable currencies and historic bonds.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), like the rest of the USG, lies about everything and appears to have considerable off-budget resources, possibly based on official USG drug operations against our own citizens, and USG participation in the rigged stock market. The Pentagon did not “lose” 2.3 trillion dollars as some believe — they simply consider themselves above the law and refuse to tell Congress they have spent that money on extraterrestial and intraterrestial activities inimical to the public interest.

I decided I could render a useful public service by interviewing Kerry Cassidy, arguably the foremost citizen investigator in this domain. Below are the questions I am going to ask her. "Treasury confirmed today those TDA accounts are not a primarily driver of the reforms as much as basic banking access and maintenance for under privileged citizens. The TDA accounts were left in place and transitioned over to the new financial system for the millions of Americans that either don't have currency to redeem or everyday bank accounts--and could not get one prior to the public conversion. As you know, the old banking system intentionally locked out as many Americans as possible for a variety of non holistic reasons. Largest Catholic Church Pedophile Bust in History: 'Unprecedented' Amount of Child Porn Discovered in the Vatican

As the Catholic Church battles to stem their continuing exposure of clerical pedophilia, detectives have uncovered an "unprecedented" amount of child pornography including images, videos and other explicit content discovered within the walls of the Vatican.

The Vatican Promotor of Justice, Gian Piero Milano, released a report in response to the allegations which he read in full to Catholic Church officials during a judicial ceremony.

Due to the Catholic Church's internal investigations protocol, Milano claims he is under no legal obligation to actually name names of people accused of pedophilia and possessing child pornography.

However, Federico Lombardi, spokesman for the Holy See, showed a rare display of openness and named Archbishop Josef Wesolowski as one of the accused that had triggered the investigation.



Although this may seem like a forthcoming gesture by the Vatican, reports of Wesolowski not only possessing more than 100,000 images and videos of children being forced into sex acts but also of him sexually abusing multiple children in Poland and the Dominican Republic have already previously been exposed in 2014.

Due to the Vatican's internal policies, Wesolowski was investigated but escaped jail for "his own protection".

In an unusual move by the church, the high-ranking Catholic official was facing trial from the Vatican's prosecution for his crimes and had been placed under "protective" house arrest, but mysteriously died before the case even reached a "courtroom".

The lack of justice following his death left many of his victims frustrated with suggestions that the only reason for the house arrest is the fact that word got out that he was allowed to roam free after he was quietly whisked away from the Dominican Republic and back to the Catholic city-state by Vatican officials in order to avoid prosecution there.

According to Church and State, the descriptions of what was actually found on Wesolowski’s computer were more than a little stomach-churning:

There were more than 160 videos of teenaged boys being forced to masturbate for the camera and perform sex acts on one another.

Wesolowski was tedious and protective of his child porn collection, filing more than 86,000 images into categories in locked folders.

In addition to the images and videos present on the computer, at least 45,000 others had already been deleted.

Further, the good Archbishop wanted to make sure he wasn’t without a stash of child porn while traveling, so he took a laptop along on his trips containing, even more, images and videos.

It seems fairly typical that the only accused party to be named in this latest child porn discovery case in the one that has already been exposed and passed away, with the identities of the other accused kept confidential.

According to the Guardian, beyond the child pornography cases, Vatican authorities are battling an array of crimes including drug trafficking and money laundering.

Three drug deliveries addressed to the Vatican were intercepted in 2014, including a packet containing cocaine-filled condoms.

The drugs were discovered at Germany’s Leipzig airport and handed to the Vatican in the hope of ensnaring the buyer, but no one came forward to claim the package.

Pete: It's my understanding that some of the people from that . . . We call it the 'lowest crash' because it's deeper under the ice.

And along with . . . What happened was, there was a spaceship crash. You'd think that people with high technology would have less crashes, and they probably do. But when you think of coming across the galaxy and the fact that they are probably going to be . . . At that time, they probably didn't have time travel. Or they probably didn't have a way to put people to sleep with no degeneration over long periods of time.


David: Hm.

Pete: You know, there are many things that can happen. And as perfect as man, or modern man, or ancient man, or far more intelligent man than we are, builds things, they're still going to have problems.

There are electronic parts that you build them as good as you can. We've done tons of beautiful things for outer space.

We've built them up so that they won't be hit by micrometeorites. We've built them up for a number of reasons, but we still don't get everything. So it's natural that they would have crashes. We've had a lot of UFO crashes.

David: Do you think it's possible they were in a war, that they might have been shot down?

Pete: Well, now, there are always . . . there's always been wars. But there have been things like the terrestrial, in other words, the nearer a planet, navigation and steerage of a lot of these early craft were done based on magnetic lines.

Well, when you get near a pole, the magnetic lines, instead of being nice and parallel, and parallel to the surface, where you could go over the surface, the poles they bend in.

Selamat Jalwa! The basic tasks of preparing for delivery appear to be completed. We continue however to be baffled by the apparent lack of any coherent design for a mass delivery and this continues to amaze us. Yet despite the lack of a finished grand plan, we are confident that ultimately the sets of deliveries promised will be given to all. Hence, we remain amazed by the progress that is being accomplished without any apparent plan of action. In other words, despite this chaotic process things are progressing well. It is this unwieldiness that makes us believe that we are moving forward!

   The Galactic "plan" continues to be in force. We therefore expect to see a massive degree of specially directed activity. All of the cabal's remaining ploys are systematically being defeated and signs of success are surely unfolding. These indications mean that soon these deliveries will be ready to go. Something wonderful is about to occur. Therefore be aware that many special circumstances are indeed in effect.

   The oddities that surround this project have become clearly evident. We are convinced as noted earlier that something wonderful is about to happen. This coming time is surely one to be expressed with a feeling of fulfillment and joy. Everything is being readied to be swiftly rolled out. We expect the remaining necessary tasks to be completed and any further hidden stages in this process to be secretly complied with. It is these seemingly contradictory facts that appear both astonishing and yet completely real.

Nobody by the way has read the bill which effects 1/6 of the US economy. The only logic based reason as to why is to hide the RV/USN/gold standard language that is deeply buried in the bill.

And just like that the cabal beast in America is slain after 146 years of brutal and unthinkable oppression.


In the blink of an eye the RV magically appears as the United States becomes GESARA compliant and thus Grandmother releases the USN globally through out all tiers of the new financial system.

800#s spit out. Redemption appointments and exchanges begin. And the restoration of humanity commences forever to begin anew. And we actively participated.

Nothing to it. Easy as pie. Never a doubt.

Too bad few to none will even know of our heroism in the face of the dark abyss. But this is the business we have chosen. Or chose us. Sobeit.

Simultaneously, Trump's tax returns will also magically be discovered (and/or released) by Special Prosecutor Bob Mueller, who will then be immediately fired by someone in the DOJ per the request of President Trump's.

This act of obstruction will be too much for Paul Ryan in the House, who will heroically begin the end of the Trump administration, which will conclude with Trump's resignation some two months later as the 2017 fiscal year continently ends.

The firestorm that arises around the removal of a sitting President will serve as the flash bang cover necessary to mask the entire RV process, and effectively distract the public away from millions of private and public exchangers getting insanely wealthy.

And yes, Trump as it turns out was a transgender malevolent / benevolent, who was always slated to be the RV diversion which explains all of his erratic and constantly bad behavior.

The NPTB ramped up his decisive rhetoric and slow played his demise until the summer which is also the slowest international trading time of the year (end of July into August).

That's why the drip, drip, drip effect is now concluding with a big flush finale. And why Trump the showman/actor was necessary to fill the temporary role as American Commander and Chief.

Kinda all makes sense now looking back, but good gosh was it hard to understand let alone absorb for the past two years.

And why this timed release strategy drove intel providers absolutely insane because the writing kept appearing on the wall by the hour--yet never realizing a meaningful result.

There was no other pathway but to RV, we just had to collectively wait it out until end of July 2017, regardless of when we individually started.

Now we have been prepared by a righteous fire -- forged into philanthropic steel -- soft as velvet gloves of mercy.

The transition has come full circle and transaction must now begin.

Look for a Tuesday night vote in the Senate and then watch as the House rubber stamps any last minute changes and sends it ASAP to White House for an immediate Presidential signature.

Wednesday morning is set to begin private exchanges until Saturday night (4 days).

Then on either Saturday night July 30, 2027 or Tuesday August 1, 2017 rates will quietly flip in the middle of the night and the public will begin redeeming.

No press release. No fan fare. No drama. Abundant beyond understanding. Heaven on earth manifested.

It's been confirmed by someone who helped write the health care bill that the RV (USN, gold standard return) is buried within the American Health Care Act which is being voted on tomorrow night in the US Senate.

This after weeks of delays.

Voting in majority favor of the bill will make our money gold backed with President Trump's signature and why he was even placed/forced there in the first place.

Once signed, Trump will be removed from office and the RV will be allowed to release by Grandmother/Quan Yin.

Everything technically, structurally and financially is ready for this endless saga to find closure.

Also as a result of the repeated delays on passing healthcare (RV), leading cabal obstructionist John McCain's left eye was removed via blunt force by a Chinese General who is here over seeing the RV for the Elders.

Comment: By the sound of what has been posted about all that has and is going on leading up to the RV Gesara/Nesara, it's looking as though there is a very good chance this whole thing could be pulled off absolute flawless perfection.

Summary: GESARA requires that a newly elected US President constitutionally eligible representative body of the people (Congress) vote and sign into law the gold standard/USN. That's what Grandmother is waiting on. Nothing more. Trump only gets paid if he signs the RV/USN bill. Trump will be removed starting Thursday either way.

Until this happens we won't see the RV. Once it happens we will see the RV. Simple as that.

The US Military Says That Human Beings Actually Have A Sixth Sense (Arjun Walia)

In 2014, the Office of Naval Research began a four year research program, costing approximately four million dollars, to examine premonition and intuition. Dr. Peter Squire (above left), Office of Naval Research (ONR) program manager, expressed to Time that:

“We have to understand what gives rise to this so-called ‘sixth sense,’ says Peter Squire, a program officer in ONR’s Expeditionary Maneuver Warfare and Combating Terrorism department. Today’s Navy scientists place less emphasis on trying to understand the phenomena theoretically and more on using technology to examine the mysterious process, which Navy scientists assure the public is not based on superstition. “If the researchers understand the process, there may be ways to accelerate it — and possibly spread the powers of intuition throughout military units,” says Dr. Squire. The Pentagon’s focus is to maximize the power of the sixth sense for operational use. “If we can characterize this intuitive decision-making process and model it, then the hope is to accelerate the acquisition of these skills,” says Lieutenant Commander Brent Olde of ONR’s Warfighter Performance Department for Human and Bioengineered Systems. “[Are] there ways to improve premonition through training?” he asks.

These types of phenomena are referred to as parapsychology (psi), often dubbed as pseudoscience within the mainstream. Not many people are aware of the fact that a number of publications have been published for decades showing statistically significant results.  In 1999, a statistics professor at UC Irvine published a paper showing that parapsychological experiments have produced much stronger results than those showing a daily dose of aspirin helps prevent a heart attack. She also showed that these results are much stronger than the research behind various drugs like antiplatelets, for example.


This is obviously serious legit stuff, especially if it’s being researched within the highest levels government, the Department of Defense. This specific research program came from reports within the field, where soldiers have used intuition for various operations.

“These reports from the field often detailed a ‘sixth sense’ or a ‘Spidey’ sense that alerted them to an impending attack…or that allowed them to respond to a novel situation without consciously analyzing the situation.” Commander Joseph Cohn, a program manager at the naval office, told the New York Times.

Even in the Times article, they admit that “If it saved lives, it was real,” and that “Since 1972, CIA and DoD research indications that premonition, precognition, appears to be weak in some, strong in others, and extraordinary in a rare few.”

This is true, and yes, research into these types of phenomena have been ongoing for a long time. This became most evident this year, as well as in 1995 when the US government released Project Stargate files. The files also show that these initiatives are international in scope.

Here is another one titled “Research into Paranormal Ability To Break Through Spatial Barriers”  that touches upon the same thing. This is elaborated on later in the article.

This particular document, which was declassified through a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA), outlines specific people with very special abilities and how they’ve been studied by thousands of scientists and governments around the world for a very long time.
The document is on the CIA website, but only seems to be accessible from the Internet Archives, a San Francisco–based nonprofit digital library with the stated mission of “universal access to all knowledge.”

These facts were also outlined in a declassified US Air Force report on teleportation, which was made available through the Federation of American Scientists.
Below is a brief outline of the document:
  • In 1979, a major Chinese science journal, Ziran Zachi (Nature Journal), carried a report on “non-visual pattern recognition” in which numerous accounts of exceptional human body function were confirmed. As a result, an unofficial preliminary organization to study this type of thing under the watch of Nature Journal
  • In 1980, the Journal and the Chinese Human Body Science Association held a parapsychology (remote viewing, telepathy, psychokinesis, clairvoyance and more) conference in Shanghai with participants from over 20 research institutes and universities
  • In 1981, over 100 centres to study children with purported exceptional abilities and mental capabilities were formed with the cooperation of more than 100 formally trained scholars
  • In 1982, the Chinese Academy of Sciences sponsored a public hearing in Beijing that more than 4000 scholars attended regarding cases of parapsychological  abilities within humans. They called for “fair but  strictly controlled” tests to lead to a final judgement. After this happened, two Chinese scientists, Chen Hsin and Mei Lei, gave a speech on it at the joint convention of the Parapsychological Association and the Society for Psychical Research held at Cambridge University.Shortly after that in 1983, “a series of PK experiments with the subject Zhang Baosheng were conducted by 19 researchers led by Prof. Lin Shuhang of the physics department of Beijing Teachers college.”After this became known, as written in the document,  “in 1984, Zhang Baosheng became a full-time subject of the military-run psi research team.”
The document outlines how many of these scholars agreed that the scientific evidence for the ‘paranormal’ was not sufficient enough to make any conclusions. The next point is arguably the most important one disclosed in the document.

One of Zhang’s accomplishments involved moving sealed objects in and out of sealed containers. Which is also listed in the document above.

Is this really that far fetched? After all, at the quantum scale, teleportation has already occurred.
The list goes on and on, and it’s quite large.

Russell Targ is a physicist and author, a pioneer in the development of the laser and laser applications, and a co-founder of the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) investigation of psychic abilities in the 1970s and 1980s. SRI is a research and development think tank in Menlo Park, California. Called “remote viewing,” his work in the psychic area has been published in Nature, The Proceedings of the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), and the Proceedings of the American Association the Advancement of Science (AAAS).

The paper published in IEEE before the program went classified was titled “A Perceptual Channel For Information Transfer Over Kilometer Distances: Historical Perspectives and Recent Research.” It presented scientific evidence for the existence of a perceptual capacity channel whereby certain individuals are able to perceive and describe remote data not perceivable to any known sense.
He is author or co-author of nine books dealing with the scientific investigation of psychic abilities and Buddhist approaches to the transformation of consciousness.
TED even banned a talk by the co-founder of a 23-year government research program investigating parapsychology at Stanford Research Institute for the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, Air Force and Army Intelligence, NASA, and others.

“In this $25 million program we used ‘remote viewing’ to find a downed Russian bomber in North Africa, for which President Carter commended us. We found a kidnapped US general in Italy, and the kidnap car that snatched Patricia Hearst. We looked in on the US hostages in Iran, and predicted the imminent release, who was soon sent to Germany. We described a Russian weapons factory in Siberia, leading to a US congressional investigation about weakness in US security, etc. Our scientific findings were published in Nature, The Proc, IEEE, Proc. AAAS, and Proc. American Institute of Physics. I thought a TED audience would find this recently declassified material interesting. Judgment Comes Swiftly

My Friends, it has come that point in the big game, that all have been identified for final processing.  This Final processing has no jury, no appeal, no discussion, and no second chances.  One day you are here on Earth on your way to the Golden Age, and the next day, you are on Terra 2, about to experience Hell on Earth.  This is not, your choice, at least not anymore.  For your thoughts and actions have already "Marked" you for a time of Peace and Prosperity, or a Time of War, Destruction and Death. 

Time Lines Are Splitting

When I first wrote about this, I thought that "Judgment" would be made after the mentors had arrived, and people would have a chance to stay here on Earth, for the Party that is to come.  However, I have recently discovered, or should I say realized, that those judgments are being carried out right now.  I have come to find out that many people who were "Around" me, were not my friends, but instead they were Cabal operatives.   Once I discovered their treachery, they were shipped off to Terra 2, where I understand that World War 3, is about to begin. 

What Happens

Of course, they have no idea that they are on a different World, that will end in complete destruction.  They were transferred in their sleep time.  It turns out that there is another "Me" over there, which is a solid Hologram.  It's funny to think that they still think they are tricking me with their deception, but, it is they who are tricked.  My REAL being, which has a soul, is over here on Earth, about to live the life of my dreams.  While they are about to experience for themselves, the Hell they were trying to create over here.

Oddly enough, it is a benevolent thing that was "done" to these misguided ones.  It was determined that they needed more time to "Learn" their lessons, of good and evil, right and wrong.   Boy or boy are they going to learn some lessons!  I understand that once WW3 is declared over on that World, they will have about 35 years of hellish conditions, until the whole planet is blown up.  Too bad for them.  But as I once Quoted:

Wisdom can be the most expensive lesson to learn, and in many cases, the cost is Life.

No Worries, For The Ignorant

I had a lot of emails from people who worried that people they know, might wake up in that soon to be hellish experience, but, for the most part there is nothing to worry about.  We will have the Mentors as promised, and will have a chance to stay on this Planet Earth. 

However, those who "knowingly" support the Cabal agenda, will not get that "Second" chance.  For them, one day they are waiting for the RV, and then next day, they are on another Planet that is destined for complete destruction.   They will NEVER know that they were moved, except they will start to notice things are getting very bad.  Oooops!


How It Plays Out

While I don’t have the exact plan, I am told that the Cabal get back in power, declare WW3, and then it just goes to hell after that.  People get sprayed, killed in mass, and put in FEMA camps.  All the things they wanted to do to us over here. Importantly, they NEVER get to the Golden Age, there is NO revaluation, and the World becomes a dictatorship.  It is poetic justice that the very Cabal agents who were promoting the Cabal agenda over here, are wiped out over there.   Don't you know that the Cabal have no loyalties to anyone and especially not to their own?   They have no souls and don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves. 

The Upside

The upside is that those who get moved over there in their sleep, will really get some wisdom!  They are going to learn it the hard way, but that was their choice and we all have free will to decide our actions.  They are going to realize (Make Real) that they were supporting the Wrong Group of evil people.  But you can't bargain with the Devil.  Once you are in, you life is no longer your own.  It reminds me of another Quote of Mine:

For all those who worked for and/or supported the efforts to stop the GCR/RV, will soon find out that they got the Reality they were promoting.  In the end, they will live out the "Very Reality" they were once trying to force us into.  So Be It.   Isn't the Universe Great?

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that I know many of these people who secretly supported the Cabal agenda, while pretending to be "Of The Light."  I have no sympathy for them, as they will automatically be moved to the "Right" reality that they belong in.  All that will be left here on this soon to become Earth Paradise, will be those of Pure Hearts, or those who were ignorant of what was going on in the World. 

I understand that WW3 had not yet been declared over there on that other World, with the Hellish reality.  They are waiting for the rest of the Cabal operatives and Cabal sympathizers over here to be transferred over there.  Then all hell breaks out.  ooops!   My guess is that the night the GCR is announced over here, only some of us will hear that announcement, the rest will hear something else, on the "Other World," like War has been declared. 

This is a time of "Reckoning" and the time to pay the piper.  There will be no chance to bargain, or change your fate.  By now it is cast.  May those who have dark hearts be transferred as soon as possible, and may they take those who helped, with them as well.  So Be It!

For the rest of us, who are pure of Heart, get ready for the greatest time to ever be alive on Earth.  The Golden Age doesn't even begin to describe it.

We decided to go for a walk towards the White House (WH).  We walked to the SW gate to see if she was in the WH system for a meeting yet.  After handing the Secret Service our passports we waited near the gate.  Heather explained to SS she just wanted to see if she was in the system for a meeting.  I (Valerie) did not hear the entire dialogue but did hear Heather say “banking corruption”.  Heather told SS that she was colleagues with Karl Langenstein and Johnathon Betts, and they had referred her to the WH for these meetings.

Heather dialed Karl Langenstein aka Panama Jack in Panama.  The call was dropped and Heather called him back immediately.  When he answered, she handed the phone to an agent.

Apparently, Alex Webner has a warrant (Failure to Appear) out for his arrest for a misdemeanor (speeding ticket) in Jasper, Arkansas.  (This is true and we are working on the resolution right now).  Alex was handcuffed and seated on the curb awaiting information about the extradition status of the warrant.  The handcuffs were tight on Alex, and they did loosen them after he informed them he was in pain.

During this time, many agents questioned us about our time in DC, our relationship with Heather, occupation, etc.  Alex was then released from handcuffs, as the Arkansas warrant is non-extraditable.  We were all still in the same gate area.

Then arrived 3 plain clothes SS agents and we were formally interviewed.  As my memory serves, these were the questions asked:  name, address, ss#, reason for being in DC, education, military experience, family, clubs or hobbies, gun use and ownership, drug use, character reference, medical.  All three reports were verified and we were released soon afterwards.

NOTEWORTHY:  During his interview, Alex overheard the agent that talked to KL tell another agent, “he says he has never heard of her”[9:50 AM] Alex and Valerie:

Additional data:  Heather said many times to the SS Agents last night that we were at Trump Tower, room 601 (all of us) if they had any more questions.
Heather informed me she had paid for another night in our hotel so we could relax and sleep in if we wanted BUT our priority today is to get all the data to get the warrant on Alex cleared, paid and closed.  She was adamant, even if it involved flying to get it done.  Heather told us she was going to get coffee and smoke, and we would get together later.  Alex got in the shower, and I set up the laptop so we could handle the warrant issue.
Knock on the door, three men, casually dressed, asked for Heather.  I told them she was not here, she went to get coffee and smoke.  They identified themselves as FBI and asked to be let in, I had them give me a moment to dress more properly.  They complied.  I allowed them in, and reported my husband was in the shower.  One asked him to step out of the shower, watched him dry off and handed him a robe.  The other two looked behind the curtains, under the beds and in the closet.  We (A&V) were seated and told we were not in any kind of trouble, but they were going to arrest Heather.  They reminded Alex again of the arrest warrant in COLORADO which sent off alarms for both of us.  Last night, they said the warrant was in Iowa.
They were on the phone seeking Heather around town.  The closest Starbucks verified she had been there 30 minutes prior.  They asked for her phone number, I gave it to them.  They wanted me to text her, but one continued to ask questions and I was distracted so another sent the text to Heather as follows:
V’s Phone:  We’re showered,  Where are ya?
H:  smoking…the usual place…lol
H:  <emoji> blowing kiss, heart
V’s Phone:  Usual?  We have been here only a day!!!
H:  lol
H:  have we?
V’s Phone:  Ok doki
H:  <emoji> wink
Again, we went through a routine of questions.  They asked us if we followed the “Sovereigns”.  Our reply:  “years ago, we had looked at it, wasn’t our thing” .  They asked Alex about his gun ownership and if he hunted.  Answer:  “when I was younger”.  Were we anti-government?  “No, in fact, I love Trump and what he is doing as President, but we don’t follow politics much.”  More general questions about Heathers location.  “She smokes on benches near coffee shops.  She may be right across the street”  I went to the window, looked down, and there sat Heather in the smoking area for the Hotel, in plain view of anyone.  I looked at them, “she is right there, not hiding, just smoking.”
At this time I can only assume she was arrested.  Once again, we were reminded of Alex’s warrant in ARKANSAS, which they had verified now.  This is true, there is an unpaid speeding ticket from Jasper, AR from April 2013.  We are trying to get that resolved now, be no one is answering the phone.  Two gave us business cards.  I will photo and post.  The other was out but said his name was Obrien or O’shea (I cant remember).  We shook hands and they left.
Ten to fifteen minutes later two returned with Heathers purse and laptop bag.  We went through all the zippered pouches while they watched to ensure “there wasn’t a million dollars cash we didn’t know about”
There may be more.  I’m rattled to the core, as is Alex.  First Randy, now Heather.  I honestly dont have the skills or lexicon to handle this.  Any support is appreciated.

He supposedly is not allowed to reveal it.
He also was afraid to give me his direct supervisors name. Saying his direct boss is Is the FBI director.

As I was just typing I noticed someone was accessing Heather’s Skype account – green light on – asked if that was her using her Skype – no response – now it shows ‘Away’

They will not give him ANY information and said he would need to be there in person with identification to get the information for her arrest.  Both gentlemen cut their conversations short citing ‘going into the tunnel’ and ‘getting on the elevator’ to cut the call short.
Spoke with Bill and then I called Karl when I saw he was online.
Here is clarity for yesterday evening’s phone call to Karl.
Karl did answer the phone and it got disconnected. Another call got thru and Karl did speak to the SS agent and did NOT say he did not know Heather – he said he was not aware of a meeting scheduled at this time.
He also informed me that he had spoken to Heather several days ago and told her to wait a few more days as this was not a good time to go to DC – however, she went and let him know she was there although he recommended not going for a few more days.
He is said there is nothing to do at the moment except for all of our group to come together and assist her by helping her get a lawyer for this now moment.
I asked for his recommendations.  He is going to call some of his people – and by three (3) hours from now he will communicate with me – hopefully have a recommendation for a lawyer and we will go from there.  lisa shannon, Today 2:17 PM

I concur KK, absolutely… wondering if we should organize a single moment when we all “go in”… a moment of power singularity?  Thinking we should.  I can do this at any moment so I bow to the group consensus for a time, a moment, and then “let’s do this”.  What I got just now is that there is a cadre of angels with her there, when they showed up, the computers went on and off, the lights went on and off.  Their presence is felt.  WE’VE GOT THIS.  If there is ever a moment, more perfectly orchestrated for us to do what it is we do best, I know not what it could be. This is going to happen,  has happened and our beloved H. knows it. She is ready for this and knows we’ve got this. They did what they did because this is a moment that many will want credit for, many with big plans for power and places OF power on this earth right now want to be the hero.  Our beloved Heather is stealing their thunder and they may plan to keep her there until they can figure out how to do this ON THEIR OWN TERMS.  What we must visualize is Heather FREE. Randy FREE. AND THE WORLD FREE.  We have the power to hold this vision.  What we need is ONE FORCE.  A time? Let’s do this.

I just called and he answered, did not get it recorded but the guy said he was not at liberty to say what the warrant was for but that it was a federal arrest warrant. He did not have a website address or a phone number but said the warrant could be found at the D.C. Website or call D.C. Central lockup and they will have the details.

Visualizing H. surrounded by light… it is palpable and those in charge of “detaining” or “watching” her are feeling it and not knowing what it is… it changes things… this light/love/power around her then moves up the chain of command to everyone who is touching this case.  This ends now and perfectly.

Here is an update from Youssef
He just spoke to Missy – Heather’s sister in Washington state.  Missy called and spoke to a nice woman at the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Dept – which is where Heather is currently.  One of the reasons there is no data available online regarding her arrest is ” because she has not been cooperative in signing any documents”. (of course)  The DC Police woman told Missy that at some point today – Heather will be transferred to DC Central where she will spend the night.  Then – at 7:30 tomorrow morning – she will be transported to the D.C. Court house located at 500 Indiana Avenue NW Washington DC 20001 and is supposed to appear in front of a judge around noon or 1:00 PM.  Both Youssef and Bill will be present at the courthouse. As soon as I get a recommendation for a lawyer – they will have this data. (hearthands)
